The Emotionally Intelligent Coach

High quality coaching supports colleagues to become the best they can be. Coaching skills will support your professional development as a highly effective leader and help support a culture of excellence and improvement across the whole system. A coaching culture is recognised as being crucial in developing and embedding a culture of sustained self and system wide improvement.

This programme is facilitated by Denys Wallace (Senior Deputy Head of Chestnut Grove Academy / Co-Director of the Wandle Teaching School Alliance) who is an AoEC accredited executive coach.

Sessions combine bursts of theory with practical activity.
